Important Information Before You Register

High school aged participants must be part of a group to register. If you are an individual looking for a group, contact the Living Water Ministries office at (231) 861-4138 or office@elcalivingwater.com. You are registered when full payment has been received. High school participants must be registered with their church group by the accompanying adult leader.

The 2016 Gathering also welcomes Young Adult participants who register as individuals. These individuals must be between the ages of 18-25, and have completed high school in 2016 or earlier. Young Adult participants will be accountable to the Young Adult Program Manager, house with other young adults, and enjoy an event that integrates with The Gathering while also offering programming for this specific age group that is unique and separate.

Adult Screening Process

All participants age 18 or older, and all adult leaders will be screened using information provided when you register. If you have already been screened for a Living Water Ministries program in the 2016 calendar year, you will not be screened again for The Gathering.

Paperwork Required at Check-in on December 27th

There are two forms required at check-in on-site for each participant (adults and youth). We will collect them once you arrive on December 27th.

These forms are available through our on-line registration system.

Living Water Ministries does not provide healthcare oversight at The Gathering. Healthcare needs are a responsibility of each group independently.
