Summer Programs Registration
Registration begins January 15, 2012 based on postmark date. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and required to hold your placement at camp until May 15th, but do not hold rates. To receive the benefit of any early discount rate, full payment and individual registration forms must be postmarked by the discount rate deadline date.
After April 15, deposits are not accepted and you must submit full payment and individual registration forms for each camper. Registration is not complete until full payment and individual registration forms are received by Registrar. Failure to complete registration by May 15, 2011 will result in loss of deposit and placement.

Retreat Registration
Retreat registrations are accepted until 1 week prior to the retreat dates. Registration is not complete until full payment and retreat registration forms are received by the registrar.
Meals and lodging are included in the registration fee for all retreats. All retreat participants are required to bring their own bedding (i.e. sleeping bags, blankets, etc.)

Bass Lake Festival Registration
Bass Lake Festival participants must be part of a group to register. If you are an individual looking for a group, contact the Living Water Ministries office at (231) 861-4138.
Registration is not complete until full payment and registration is completed and received by Registrar.
Important Dates to Remember for Bass Lake Registrations
June 1, 2012 • Discount Deadline ($49 rate)
T-shirts are not included with the registration fee for Bass Lake but can be purchased prior when registering your group before June 1st, 2012. A limited supply of t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event.

The Gathering Registration
Gathering participants must be part of a group to register. If you are an individual looking for a group, contact the Living Water Ministries office at (231) 861-4138.
Registration is not complete until full payment and registration is completed and received by Registrar. If you wish to register, please use our on-line registration method.

(Registrations received after November 15, 2012 will not include a free t-shirt.)

Adult Screening
For any individual age 18 and up attending any summer programs, Bass Lake Festival, or The Gathering we require a full screening which includes:
• State of Michigan Background Check
• DHS Central Registry Clearance
• References
These methods of screening allow us to meet the requirements of the State of Michigan, and provide safe environments for all who attend our programs. Failure to submit screening forms at least 2 weeks prior to an event or summer program will result in additional fees.
