How Much? Registration costs are $105.00 per person. However we offer significant discounts to those who register earlier. Each person of your group that registers by May 1st will receive a free T-shirt and pay only $85.00. Each person of your group that registers by July 1st will receive a free T-shirt and pay only $95.00. All registration and rentals are not refundable, but are transferable. We are not able to process any registration that is incomplete.

We will send your site information and confirmation packets when we’ve received your full registration. Because of our focus on developing a fully integrated Christian Community, we assign sites on a first come first serve basis. To meet our safety requirements and protect our Christian mission, we do require at least one adult sponsor for every eight or less youth.

First Timers or Individual Registrants: If you are a first-timer or individual registrant at Bass Lake Festival we’d love to pair you with a church that can help assist you through the experience with issues like food preparation, packing necessities, showing you around camp, and acclimating you to the schedule. Just indicate on your registration form that you’d like to be paired with another congregation and one will be provided for you. Individual registrants can be assigned a group to host you through the experience.

Cabin or Hogan Rentals: The rustic Red Pine cabins at Michi-Lu-Ca are designed to sleep up to 12 people and can be reserved for an additional $75.00 per Cabin. They all share one bathhouse and have electricity.

The Maple Ridge Hogans at Michi-Lu-Ca are platform tents that sleep 6-8 people each. This rustic (no electric) set up parallels a tenting experience without the hassle of the tent and with the advantage of mattresses and cots. They can be booked for $40 each and include some adjacent space for an additional small tent.

For the safety and well being of all youth and our facilities we require that at least one adult sponsor stay in each Cabin or Hogan.

Cooking and Campfires: We provide one large community fire circle in each Cabin and Tent or Trailer area that is enjoyed and shared by all guests in that area and is the center for building Christian Community. Guests are welcome to cook on the fires at the community fire circle, or to bring their own self contained grills for cooking outdoors at their specific site.

Bass Lake T-shirts: 2008 Bass Lake Festival T-shirts will be provided free for participants completely registered by July 1. Otherwise participants will be able to purchase memento Bass Lake Frisbees or mugs at the festival.

Packing Basics:
