ON LINE REGISTRATION TIPS!

The following information should help to simplify this year’s registration process:
Prior to completing the following on-line registration page, you should have each individual’s necessary information on hand.  To help with this, please download form LWM 40.

When filling out the on-line form, after completing the church information, the first participant should be your group leader information.  When you have completed all items, you click on the ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT button for each additional individual.  You can add up to 24 additional individuals.   When you have either entered all your people, or you have reached our limit, you then hit the submit button on the bottom.  This takes you to a link to make your payment by PayPal.  If you are prepared to make this payment, continue.  When PayPal has received your payment, your group leader/church will receive a confirmation email on your registration.

If, because of various church requirements on credit cards and such, you cannot make a payment on PayPal, you should print a copy of this page.  The total due is shown at that time, and this amount will be your payment amount if you submit your check prior to the discount deadline for that amount. 

Remember, your registration is not complete until full payment is made.  If you cannot use the PayPal link, you will receive a message indicating we are waiting for payment before we can continue with your group registration.

To add more participants after your initial registration, we will match the individuals to the first group based on church information.  Again, these additional individuals will not be considered registered until full payment is received.

Adult leaders who wish to house in private rooms, there is an additional $100 fee that should be reconciled with our registrar after initial registration by calling (989) 848-2230.
