Junior-High musicians, grab your guitar, your drums, your voice, even your kazoo! At Junior Jam Camp you’ll form into small jam bands and, with the help of music mentors, hone your rock skills. You’ll grow your instrument technique, collaborate with other musicians, and work on original music and lyrics. You’ll even invent an instrument! At the end of the week we’ll take our show on the road with an acoustic gig in Mio then a youth led worship and concert (friends and family welcome) in the Tri-City area.

For youth who have completed grades 6-8
Both camps offer junior high youth a time and place to explore faith issues in an intentional Christian community. Swimming, horseback riding, canoeing, low and high ropes challenges, and singing around the campfire are part of the week-long adventure. Covenant campers attend with their Episcopal church group and adult leader who leads their Bibles Study with a focus on their Baptismal Covenant. Confirmands attend with their ELCA church group and adult leader who leads their Bible Study with a focus on Confirmation. Individual registrations are accepted and we’ll partner your camper with an attending Church group.
