Make an Account or Sign-In to Your Existing Account
Parents or guardians registering their children will be required to make an account, enter information about their child/children, enter emergency contact information, and digitally sign liability waivers, and medical consent forms. If the camper or family has previously sent children to Stony Lake for summer camp programs, they may simply log back into their account, update information, and register their child/children.
Registration FAQ
What if I can’t remember my username or password?
If you already have an account but can’t remember your username or login, please follow the prompts to reset. If you are having difficulty accessing your account, please contact our office at 231-861-4138.
What if I the program I’m trying to sign-up for isn’t displayed?
Please make sure that the grade you entered for your child/children is accurate. Programs display based on grade eligibility. For example, if your child is in 7th grade, high school programs requiring grade 8-12 will not display.
What if my child gets wait listed?
If your child gets wait-listed do not dismay. We set capacities on each week that allow us to confirm space before confirming registration. Often, being put on the wait list means that the week of camp is getting full and we need to monitor closely age & gender to confirm space for your child. These issues typically resolve quickly. In the instance of a sold out week of camp, we will work through our wait list on a first come, first serve basis. In the majority of wait list situations (but not always), space does become available due to cancellations or other changes.
Cancellation Policy
When you register, both you (and/or your group) and Living Water Ministries make commitments to each other. In turn, Living Water Ministries makes commitments to vendors (food service, staffing, etc). As a result, the entirety of the registration fee for summer programs will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within a month of the expected arrival date. In addition, the registration fee for our hotel-based events is non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy in the event of illness or death are listed below under “When Are Refunds Provided?”
Are Fees Transferrable?
Fees are transferable on a case by case basis. It is preferable if you can replace the person(s) cancelling their registration.
When Are Refunds Provided?
In instances of illness afflicting the participant, or a death in the immediate family a full refund is possible. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, spouse’s parent, grandparent, or grandchild. In the instance of illness, written documentation from a physician must be provided to receive a full refund.
